Step 1 — Get a Calendarsnack.

When you send a calendarinvite to create@calendarsnack.com, we send you a calendarsnack to your email address. In the calendarsnack are the codes for sending calendar invites using the Email Marketing RSVP Buttons, and the URL for the CalendarLander with all of your upcoming events for Calendar Invitation sending and tracking.

Step 2. Get your RSVP Button Code for SENDGRID.

Go to the SEND Button in the top of the Menu. In that is the Single Event Send Codes for the the Call to Action Codes for RSVP Buttons. Use the Grab n Go button to copy the SendGrid Code into the Clipboard.

Step 3- Insert the Code into the SendGrid Email Marketing Template.

Paste the RSVP Button Code from the Calendarsnack into the SENDGRID Email Marketing Template. In the SendGrid Email Marketing template you can define the Call to Action as a Button anywhere in the template and insert it into the Body of the message as well by using the Hyperlink.

Step 4- After Sending the SendGrid Maketing Campaign if someone Clicks on RSVP Button Workflow.

The workflow includes being sent to a pre built landing page. At the same time the request is made to the Calendarsnack service to send a calendar invitation for that event to the user’s email address that the SendGrid campaign was sent to.

Step 5- Review of the SendGrid Calendar Snack Campaign

After the Calendar invitation has been sent we track the interaction action with the Calendar Invitation that is now in the users inbox and on the their calendar if accepted. In the calendarsnack reporting panel under COUNT, you can see the details of their status here. We track Y,N, and Maybe.

Step 7 — Optional use of the CalendarLander Page. The URL for this is located in the SEND button under Multi Event.

The CalendarLander keeps track of all your upcoming events in a Multi Event Landing page that can be shared using the URL. In the URL we stream all your events that you have created using the Calendarsnack service. In the Landing Page, when a customer inserts their email and hit the RSVP NOW Buttons, they will receive a calendar invitation for that event.

Step 8- Review of the CalendarLander Calendar Invitations

When using the CalendarLander URL, the customer has the option to select which events they want to attend. Each calendar event is treated independently and the customer can choose which event they want to attend.

Step 9 — Review of the Reporting for Multi Event Landing Page

The tracking of the channels for each calendarsnack are tracked in the reporting under COUNT. Here we are showing the trakcing from a Multi Event Landing Page.
